Privacy Policy

We’re going to get a formal privacy policy posted soon. In the meantime, here are some of our principles:

• We use Google Analytics on our website, but only to measure general aggregated stats.

• We use AI applications and business support tools, including for sales, scheduling, and data processing.

• We use third-party applications such as Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Google Analytics. We only use third-party services who have trust attestations such as ISO 27000 certifications or SOC2 audits.

• We treat all customer information as confidential.

• We take reasonable steps to safeguard information provided to us during projects and incidents. Once the project has been completed, we delete any sensitive data within 180 days.

• There will be more that goes here once lawyers have told us what to post.
